Our goal is to make your shopping experience simple, transparent, and reliable from checkout to delivery.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package throughout the delivery process.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Standard Shipping: Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will have a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applied at checkout.
Free Shipping Offer: We are happy to provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $45.98.

Estimated Delivery Times
To ensure consistent availability and service, orders may be shipped from our regional distribution partners.
United States: 7–12 business days
Canada / United Kingdom / Europe: 7–15 business days
Australia / New Zealand / Asia: 8–15 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery times. While we always strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or local carrier schedules.

Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using our [Track Your Order] page or directly through the shipping carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mintywren is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Items
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@mintywren.com and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will prioritize either a replacement or a full refund for items damaged during shipping.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Please email us photos within 72 hours of delivery
We will arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible
Lost or Stolen Packages
Mintywren is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking status shows “Delivered.” If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, please:
Check with neighbors or household members
Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to file a claim
We will gladly provide all necessary tracking information to help assist your claim, but we cannot issue refunds for orders confirmed as delivered.
